Аналіз методологічних підходів щодо психолого-педагогічного сприяння розвитку компетентності майбутнього фахівця

Abstract

UA: На основі проведеного аналізу представлено розуміння компетентності особистості і професійної компетентності зокрема як інтегрованого особистісного утворення, а також основний зміст процесу формування професійної компетентності з точки зору розвитку особистості фахівця. Представлено сучасні психолого-педагогічні підходи щодо здійснення розвивального впливу на особистість, серед яких: поведінковий, когнітивний, інтегративний когнітивно-поведінковий, інтеракційний, суб’єктний, особистісно-орієнтований підходи. Визначені особливості суб’єктного та особистісно-орієнтованого підходів, а також релевантні їм методи психолого-педагогічного впливу.

EN: The understanding based on the analysis results of competence and professional competence as an integral personal formation are presented. The thesis that the essence and aim of psycho-pedagogical process of specialist’s professional competence formation is developing his or her personality are argued. The overall analysis of current psychological and pedagogical approaches to the implementation of developmental influence on personality results are presented. The basic aspects of behavioral, cognitive, integrative cognitive-behavioral, interactional, of subject personal-centered approaches are allocated. The basic mechanisms, driving forces and factors of personal development such as: transition mechanism interpsychic content to intrapsychic, mechanism of reflexive change man's relationship to own internalized personal experience, the process of self-importance in the development of the individual and others are described.
