Теоретичні засади удосконалення управління екологічною діяльністю на залізничному транспорті

Abstract

UA: У статті розкрито сучасні теоретичні підходи до забезпечення трансформації екологічної діяльності підприємств. Встановлено перспективність активного екологічного управління, що передбачає визначення екологічних цілей і завдань, розроблення екологічних стратегій і програм, а також їх реалізацію за умов дієвої мотивації та створення спеціалізованих організаційних структур. Проведено узагальнення підходів до екологічної модернізації, виділено її техніко-технологічний, матеріально-технічний, освітньо-компетентнісний, організаційноуправлінський, культурно-комунікаційній та інституційний напрями. Запропоновано й обґрунтовано оптимізаційний підхід до вдосконалення природоохоронної діяльності залізничного транспорту в умовах обмеженості власних фінансово-інвестиційних ресурсів за критерієм екологічного прогресу, що характеризується показником зростання екологічної цінності бізнесу.

EN: The article reveals modern theoretical approaches to ensuring the transformation of environmental activities of enterprises and establishes the prospects of active environmental management. A generalization of approaches to environmental modernization is carried out, which made it possible to distinguish the following areas at the level of economic entities: technical and technological; material and technical; educational and competence; organizational and managerial; cultural and communication; institutional. It is established that environmental modernization in the practice of domestic enterprises is often represented by targeted measures that are not relevant today in improving environmental protection activities. In this regard, for the introduction of railway transport enterprises and ensuring their sustainable development, a strategically oriented integrated approach to improving their environmental protection activities is proposed, based on achieving environmental progress through the introduction of advanced innovative solutions that increase the responsibility and socio-economic efficiency of industry enterprises.
