Аналіз методів та засобів контролю якості комутації тягових двигунів локомотивів

Abstract

UA: Проведений аналіз існуючих методів та засобів контролю якості комутації електричних машин постійного струму. Показане, що причиною більшості ушкоджень локомотивів є відмовлення електроустаткування в цілому і, зокрема, тягових електродвигунів. У зв'язку із цим існує завдання одержання потоку діагностичної інформації про їхній технічний стан.

EN: The statistical analysis of the locomotives given on refusals which are in operation, shows that refusals of electric equipment in general and, in particular, traction electric motors are the reason of the majority of their damages. It is shown that in electric motors of a direct current of damage of windings as anchor, and excitation, physical shifts of brushes from a neutral, and also mechanical damages of a collector inevitably lead to distortion of the main magnetic flux and, as a result, - to deterioration of conditions of switching in comparison with rated. It follows from this that numerical characteristics of process of switching of electric motors of a direct current are connected with their technical condition in general, and switching quality control certainly is necessary for implementation of technical diagnostics.
